Wow! No, that's exactly what I'm still waiting for - the wow factor.
Maybe it was the venue but Microsoft just doesn't know how to put on a show. They need to generate excitement rather than telling me continuosly that a phone is not a PC (thanks for the tip) and that they have this new "tile" concept that takes you to a destination. Hell, I don't think they even made a phone call. |

No they did not make a call... as well as they neither did or showed a lot of other things because, in my opinion, the OS they presented is an Alpha build or something similar.

Personally I have mixed feelings about it: it seems not to be multi-tasking, for the time being will not have Flash and in my book the biggest if is how third apps will be made available: if it will be only through Market Place or whatever is called the MS version I will look somewhere else, if not I am interested as long as I will be able to reorganize the main screen and put things like Facebook at least all the way down or, even better, get rid of it completely. Another issue that could make people unhappy is the fact that the phone seems to heavily rely on an always on connection: I imagine Carriers getting ready to push data plans even more expensive than the actual ones.
