By now, everyone has heard how Microsoft plans to release the next Windows client OS, Windows 7, in 2010. But what the company is not making clear is what new features the OS will have, a topic that has become fodder for educated Windows 7 speculation. | ||

| The MS guy I heard, said it will be as different from Vista as Win98 SE was from Win98. What ever that means. He also calls it Vista R2. Naming that is as deep as Second Edition tacked onto Win98. I'd like to see them call it Vista Linux just for fun. In any case, it will still be and look like Windows, but the 64 but push will be on so that PCs can address over 3.5-GB of RAM. 8-GB of RAM sounds good to me. |

In all fairness Vista has done little for me. I bought Vista ultimate, total waste of money.
Hell, even the vista-xbox360 synergy is a piece crap! the piece of crap doesn't recognize my over 200 gigs of bittorrent downloaded movies. IE7 on vista and is slower than molasses and where are those vista ulimate tools? |

Vista Ultimate is what the Thermopolis were for King Darius: a short term, high cost victory preluding a big defeat.
Btw does anybody knows how Office "Ulltimate" Edition is selling? |
