| Actually, TechLarry, being in the position of overseeing the licensing issues for a fair-sized entity (22,000 users), I can say that this will be incredibly helpful in making sure that the licenses are properly accounted, including when they're dropped from use. Right now, we have to estimate how many are in use, often from guesses at how many installations are in use when we get incomplete information back from the agency heads. We can't force them to use things like SMS due to policy and political constraints, so right now we have to take them at their word. |
