Microsoft's reputation at stake, EU says | |

European Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes said Tuesday that Microsoft Corp. should be concerned about its reputation as well as the financial impact of antitrust rulings. Kroes, who will decide before the end of July whether to impose daily fines of $2.6 million on Microsoft, said the software maker should take account of its image. "It's not only a matter of financial aspects in such cases, it's also a matter of reputation," Kroes said at a European Parliament meeting in Brussels, Belgium. | ||

I think the EU has damaged their own reputation.
Unfairly attacking Microsoft for including a media player in an OS, and then forcing them to create an N version that no one wants. They are a bunch of anti-Microsoft anti-business bigots. |

#4: I believe they're called Antitrust laws, genius. You know, the same ones that got MS in trouble with the DoJ? You know, the ones that got MS branded, charged and convicted of abusing their monopoly? You know, those laws?
