Thanks Bryant. According to James Van Eaton, MSDN Subscriptions Program Manager, the final version of Windows XP is scheduled to be made available to Professional and Universal subscribers on Friday September 21st, one month in advance of general, retail availability. | ||

No, the scheme itself hasn't actually been cracked, all they've been doing is circumventing it through a registry key.
