Built a Web server using parts from old machines. 2. Installed Windows Server 2003, carried out updates and customized. 3. Configured the network and joined it to the domain. (<Deleted>, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) 4. Installed and configured IIS 6 5. Installed ASP 2.0 Extensions and FrontPage Server 2002 Extensions. 5. Installed Visual Studio 2005 on our boxes. Built our web site from the standard kit. 6. Added our websites to the Web server. 7. Added DNS records to our internal AD DNS server viz <deleted> 8. Published our completed websites to the Web server. 9. Added records in the Public Name Servers NS1/2. 10, Configured Firewall Rule on the <deleted> to allow TCP port 80 traffic to come in from ext. .int to int .int |
