Only paying subscribers to Microsoft's developers program will receive the final version of its Visual Studio.Net developers software by the end of the year, while most members of its developers network will have to wait until Feb. 13 to get a copy, the company said Tuesday. | ||

| What are you talking about? We (MSDN members) has always been able to get stuff first. That includes operating systems. |

| Considering all the licenses we get with MSDN Universal, $2500 is a very small price. As for XP, I installed it and activated it the day it was posted to Subscriber downloads back in September. It's generally about two months from RTM to launch and MSDN subscribers have RTM long before launch. |
