| Javascript has never been a Sun technology. JavaScript now ECMAScript is a worldwide standard. J2EE has absolutely nothing to do with JavaScript. |

| And BTW MS has never been anti Java. They incorporated the Java VM into Windows and even made a great IDE for it (Visual J++). However Sun has prevented them from using Java through lots of litigation. MS even provides a java migration path to .Net. If anything I think MS is anti Java. |

#5. Most companies would actually use a .PDF file for this purpose. However apparently Microsoft doesn't want to license this from Adobe.
HTML is actually quite a poor choice for this because it doesn't do pagination or layout properly. It's not intended for it. |
