Lin Jiaqi has just posted his review of Vivendi Universal's The Simpson's: Hit and Run. Here is an excerpt: Springfield is as detailed as you can get in a game. The suburban area, the downtown area and the harbor area of Springfield each has their own separate identity. Each area is designed to mimic whatever fans of the TV show has known throughout the years. There is the Burns’ mansion, the Power plant, the Simpsons’ house as well as the Kwik-E-Mart. The solid gold house, the gigantic Donut statue as well as the monorail station are also locales that can be found in the game. | ||

| Have to say I really enjoyed it, seemed like a lot of fun, good voices (if some repetitive speech in places), good graphics and some cool gameplay. |

JWM, I beg to differ. The release of XSN Sports games:
NBA Inside Drive 2004 Amped 2 Links 2004 TopSpin 2004 NHL Rivals 2004 NFL Fever 2004 Has kept ME very busy and active for the past couple months since their release. Check out the XSN boards. Thousands of XSN tournaments going on every day! Now, if I could stop playing Rainbow Six 3 Online, I might get more stuff done around the house. |

Game is very repetitive without any of the excitement in games of similar design (GTA, etc). Didn't live up to my hopes.
Anyway. OT - I'm looking at buying an Xbox and adding a mod chip to allow me to play vids and mp3s over the network via the Xbox. Is this a feasible solution? Or is there something better out there that will take care of me? |

| #7 probably, but space and money is an issue. I'm to cheap to buy another PC for the family room, that an dmy wife will kill me if I bring another PC home :) |
