| You are 100% right! I am very concern with this trend of OSes available only as OEM software. I bought a Tablet PC and I am quite happy with it but I had to waste several hours formatting it and reinstallng only the OS plus the apps I wanted instead of using the "recovery CD" and having a single partitioned HD loaded with all the garbage manifacturers put in it. I have not bought a MediaCenter PC and until the OS will be available as a stand alone product I will not do it. |
