#2 - Let's clarify something... :)
These are the people who RUN a universal single-sign-on service. And do a darn good job of it too. Although even I would like to see them not have to take the system out of availability to perform maintanence. #3 - I encounter the "system is going down in 5 minutes" message a few times a week, it's more than once a month. |

| I think MSN Messenger is down more often than it is available. The real headline should read "MSN Messenger Service Temporarily Available" |
