The stage is set for a showdown between 'Longhorn' and Linux systems, as Microsoft, Red Hat and SuSE kick off a war of words. On the same day last week that Microsoft Corp. officially spoke about "Longhorn," the next version of Windows, Linux creator Linus Torvalds moved a step closer to the final version of the 2.6 Linux kernel with the release of the test9 version. | ||

parker you forgot to mention that ms support with run yeah 295$ a pop.. but then again you'll probably only needed it two or three times over the course of the OS's lifetime...
ms is the cheaper solution... though that doesn't always make it the best solution. /me looks at watch .... | Hawk, for the most part nobody needs phone support from MS as the KB articles are generally very good. |
