A reliable source gives us credible information that Apple is set to launch iTunes for Windows by late October. This timing fits into Apple's plans to spur the recently refreshed iPod sales for the Christmas season. Our source tells us that iTunes for Windows is targeted for Windows 2000 and XP, there are no plans to support 98 or ME. | ||

iTunes is actually really nice as far as managing your music goes.
Personally, I wish WMP would work with the filesystem so that it can do things like locate moved items, manage the data from music files within the filesystem itself rather than just in WMP, and overall just have more integration which makes management far easier. |
