Well they made a cockup in the gamer tag linking for the UK - they have Area code and phone number bits you need to enter - but when signing up you had to enter one long number!!
Just spoken to xbox customer care, for area code enter the first 3 digits of your phone number, then enter the rest for phone number. |

I finally got my executioner 2 mod chip and I plan to spend tonight installing it along with a new 160 gig harddrive (Xbox recognizes 120 gigs).

| ditto, #3,4,5, I was putting my area code in w/ the phone number tho as well..as soon as I took it out and just put the 7 digits it worked. |

| Got the same issues with the phone number (needed 014 in may case), but continue to get "There was a problem with retrieving your friends list. Please either refresh your browser or try again in a few minutes." |
