| I'm one test away. That SQL test is a major PITA. Apparently they have questions where they show you the execution path of a query and ask you which locking hint you should use on a given SELECT statement to optimize it. |

I thought the arch test was easiest. You have to have a general knowledge of most of MS' enterprise products (just browsing the site and being familiar with that problem each product targest should be enough).
The rest is all reading comprehension. Read the various problem descriptions and the comments by the fictious employees and then answer questions about how best to design a solution to their problem. It's pretty simple, really. XML Web Services one was pretty hard, I thought. My first 17 questions were all on DataSets, which was odd. The WinForms, WebForms, and XML Web Services focused mainly on datasets and databinding which I thought was kinda stupid since it had nothing to do with the subject matter. The Web Services one is actually more about enterprise services. They'll ask you a little about queueing, Serviced Components in .NET (COM+ objects), building Windows Services and a few other things. I maybe had 3-4 questions on actual Web Services themselves and one of those was looking at DISCO files and trying to determine which one was correct and which ones were bogus.
