Pretty easy to do when the majority of the plaintiffs were long on supposition and short in actual evidence (and judicial impartiality is restored).

A master stroke by Gates.
Turning a damning Anti-Trust case into a death-strike against Netscape AND Real Networks at the same time. #3: Yeah, Steve Case was the main reason AOL bought Netscape and then sued Microsoft. TW could care less about stupid software battles and just does what's the best for the company, rather than fighting stupid ideological battles. |
