British mobile phone maker Sendo said on Monday it had filed suit in a U.S. federal court against U.S. software maker Microsoft, alleging Microsoft tried to remove technical expertise and proprietary information. "Sendo believes the allegations are serious and substantial," a Sendo spokeswoman told Reuters in a telephone conversation. | ||

| The fact that a Sendo spokewoman had to reiterate that "Sendo believes the allegations are serious and substantial," shows what this story is. I hoe MS will go all the way down and crush these people. |

Heh. This is kind of a typical thread. The ABMers have already started up accusing Microsoft of a variety of crimes...
But still nobody has answered #1's question... "Anyone have an idea what the charge might actually be?" Isn't that kind of ironic, how easily you'll jump on Microsoft's case without even the slightest idea why? I especially like FinancialWiz's jump to conclusions. |

One is stealing code, the other is stealing ideas. Then one has to wonder why you are so worried about stealing ideas, considering that's all open source is about. |
