I've downloaded RC2 weeks ago from MSDN site. I signed up for CPP and still haven't received anything yet. You will need your own sign up email to create your own account and your own activation code. You can't use someone else's email to do so. Yes, you can upgrade from any RC build to final release but many will advise you not to do so because of possible garbage left behind by RC builds. |
