Make sure to uninstall any previous versions of MSN before installing 8. |

i singed up for ths msn8 but i made a simple mistake by choosing the wrong plan. by the time i realiazed what i had done it was too late. now ever since i have been trying to cancel this account and sign up for the correct one i want, but the M$ is so stupid. they said that they will call me to cancel my account but they do not.
i am in europe right now for 3 months and i explained this to them and they said call their 800 number but it does not work at all it just disconnects me when i get to the right place and all i get is a dial tone. if someone knows how to go around this please let me know. belto... |

| Last time I checked, you have to pay to use MSN 8 even with your own ISP. I tried MSN 7 before (that was free) and don't see anything I can't do with regular IE browser. So, what's the point of using MSN anyway if you already have your own internet connection? |

I am an MSN subscriber but use IE6
Installed MSN 8 and took it off. To much pretty garbage. I feel is "Browser for dummies" attempting to get the average AOL subscriber. |

They are stupid? You are the one that signed up for the wrong plan. Anyway, you need to be talking to customer service. Complaining on this site more than likely won't help you any. |

well then just shut the f&*k up, i found out is was not my error at all. it was m$'s fault. their server went wrong for some reason. they just do not want to fix their mistake. besides i was not attacking m$ so read the fricken post and do not jump to conclusions. I was telling their customer service sucks & are stupid. if this account for m$ then it just fits the shoe.

They are stupid when they make mistakes, but you aren't when you do? I fail to see the logic. How can you claim it wasn't your fault when you even stated "i made a simple mistake..."?
FYI, everytime you say "M$" instead of Microsoft, you are attacking them. Since you say "M$" in almost every one of your posts, a reasonable conclusion to draw is that you attack them in almost every one of your posts. Also, if you say "M$ is so stupid" this will likely be considered an attack by most people. I did read your post (though I didn't enjoy it) and my conclusions are sound. Once again, regardless of whose mistake it is, you still aren't going to get satisfaction whining about it here. MSN customer service is the place you need to talk to. |
