Requires _XP_ now ?
I thought it was 2K OR XP ? If it's XP only, then this is purely a push to force corporations to upgrade to XP, which is moving slowly in corporations. I smell a rat. TL |

| They could sell the Office 11 - Option Pack... It includes a copy of XP Pro upgrade and costs $200 more. :) |

| athlon, what about it is interesting? The theory that people don't want source code access?, that MS wishes they had an open public developer community?, or that MS wishes it was more modular? |

By the way, the interviewer says you need 2k, and Ballmer says we'll upgrade you to XP... In other words, 2K will work but if you aren't on 2K, MS wants you on XP. Once Ballmer says that then the intro to the Q&A is understandable. He is the CEO after all. So it's not inconsistent, nothing new, not bad reporting, not misrepresentation...
