MS eases up on 'gimme all Your Stuff' community license | |

Microsoft Corp has re-worked a controversial license for a .NET developers' hosted community, after concern the company granted itself wide-ranging rights over developers' code. Redmond, Washington-based Microsoft has apparently loosened the terms under which ISVs post code to GotDotNet Workspaces, granting all community users rights over intellectual property for an estimated 1,500 .NET applications and projects. | ||

| Explain? You are drawing conclusions without any facts. The Register, in my opinion, is not a source for facts. If you haven't read the license itself, but rely on a rediculously biased source like the Register, then you are drawing conclusions not based on facts. My point was, you should read the license, then draw conclusions based on that. |
