I think that has something to do with those popup ads. It only happens when they pop up. Maybe a new way to force you to read those things.

Anyone install this driver on XP SP1? I get a warning saying it doesn't meet the Windows XP Logo certification. Funny MS can't certify their own software.
I too have noticed the ActiveWin home page loads slow.

#12, do you have "Warning" for Driver Signing turned on? If not, you may never see the message.
Also, look at the driver details, does it say it is digitally signed?

Found the issue with the "warning" message. It is a known issue with patch MS02-050. Look in the "Caveats" section of the bulletin. It will be fixed in a forthcoming update of the patch.
