Thanks go to David for this one. Microsoft has just released an update of the Windows 2000 Customer Support Diagnostics that now supports the recently released Service Pack 2. The Customer Support Diagnostics package allows advanced users to help Microsoft Support diagnose Windows 2000 operation problems. Apparently, MS Support will ask for you to use these tools if you contact them with a W2K-related problem. You can download this package right now by clicking here. | ||
