Union Pacific Railroad has declared that it will aggressively go after anyone who distributes trains with UP's trademarks for use with Microsoft's soon-to-be-released Train Simulator program, but the reasoning they gave the Train Simulator community for this pre-emptive strike is quite interesting: UP thinks Train Simulator is dangerous. | ||
