Union Pacific Says Microsoft Train Simulator Is Dangerous

Union Pacific Railroad has declared that it will aggressively go after anyone who distributes trains with UP's trademarks for use with Microsoft's soon-to-be-released Train Simulator program, but the reasoning they gave the Train Simulator community for this pre-emptive strike is quite interesting: UP thinks Train Simulator is dangerous.
