Microsoft Corp. lawyers concluded the software giant's antitrust defense by refusing to concede to any demands of the nine states suing the company, even after the judge asked them to consider compromise. U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly had asked both sides to rank their competing proposals and wanted Microsoft to say whether it could accept any of the "least onerous" state penalties. | ||
