Just received word from VIA Hardware that some new VIA drivers have been released. The downloads are on their website:
The VIA 4-in-1 is updated regularly, as bugs are found and performance is tweaked. It is recommended you install the latest 4-in-1, unless you are experiencing problems. Also, keep in mind that individually downloaded drivers may be newer, as we tend to get updated drivers before they are integrated into the 4-in-1.
- 4.28 BETA - New AGP Driver .cat file (same actual AGP version as 4.27). New INF update, version 1.20. Includes updated AGP driver for Windows ME. Also integrates 3.11 IDE driver. Updated IDE Busmaster, version 3.10. Now supports 686B southbridge's ATA100 feature. Also IDE Busmaster has improved Windows 2000 support.
