To start, lets get one thing straight: Microsoft desperately needs apps in its store. If not only for Windows 8, especially for Windows RT, which can only run apps from there. It also wants as many apps in there as possible, and has been very active in courting and helping developers to write app for it. For the most part, I think they have done a great job, as the tools, documentation and examples are excellent. Where they really fall down though is in the last mile: app submission. | ||
