Unlike Windows 8 on Intel or AMD chipsand every prior version of Windowsthere will be no version of the WOA software that users can buy separate from computers. Nor can users install apps in any way but by downloading them from Microsofts app store (they will be able to upgrade the OS through that mechanism, too). | ||
