Because so many friends and colleagues of mine think of SharePoint as a boring, team-site-only Document Management System I decided to show them some great-looking SharePoint publishing sites and prove them otherwise. All sites listed are build in SharePoint, handle lots of users and are a pleasure to the eye. Their complaint that it is hard to get SharePoint validated on W3C still stands, according to these sites. None validate 100%, although StarBucks (5 errors), Volvo Cars (5 errors) and Victorinox (2 errors) come close. | ||
