Sync, SkyDrive, Mesh: explaining the Windows Live chaos | |

Last week, the Windows Live FolderShare team announced that it would be renaming the product to a more sensible name, Sync, and would be rolling out major improvements in time to be part of Windows Live 3.0. I found this surprising simply due to the fact that Microsoft is already working on improving SkyDrive and Mesh. These three products have major overlaps which can be potentially confusing to consumers:
