For all you Microsoft buffs this is something you must see. It's a blown up picture of the Signoff Sheet that must be signed off on different areas before the product can be declared "gold" and RTM'd. Some of the things they have to do are make back ups, make image files, name the cd label, name the volume, make backups of gold and silver cds, check the physical quality of the cd, archive silver cds, reverify all volume labels, check the GUID, and the lastthing - run virus scans on the gold cd by Norton, Inoculan, McAfee and Command. Signed by the product managers, testing team, and product support services managers. It also signed by Bill Gates. This is all completed by the Office Fundamentals Operations Team. Neat stuff, now we see what holds up the gold release :-) | ||
