Paul Ross:As the person responsible for the product marketing of System Center Service Manager, our IT service desk and IT service management product, I wanted to provide an update on the timeline for the release of the product. I also wanted to share some of the reasons for the change to that timeline. Weve had a great response to the first beta of Service Manager that we made available earlier in the year, with thousands of downloads. This beta, along with input from our Technology Adoption Program customers (a group who we work very closely with on the development of the product), provided a lot of really good feedback on how to ensure this product will meet customer needs. | ||
