As should be obvious, to get the best results from Windows Vista, you should simply buy a new PC. However, for a number of reasons, that's not always an option. New PCs, of course, are expensive. Maybe you purchased a Windows XP-based PC within the past year and would like to install Vista on it, but realize that upgrading isn't the best option. Or maybe you're just an average PC enthusiast who regularly upgrades their hardware and would never consider purchasing a mainstream machine from a tier-one vendor.
