CIOs are evenly split between Microsoft's .Net technology and the Java platform when it comes to rolling out web services, according to the latest survey. One hundred CIOs polled in a survey across Europe and the US by investment bank Merrill Lynch said price is their main criteria when choosing a solution. | ||
