This Spreadsheet can be used to troubleshoot Microsoft Operations Manager 2000 agent installation issues and contains an embedded SQL query that gathers all events generated by the MOM Agent Managers relating to agent installation. To use this, you must have an ODBC connection to the MOM database and the appropriate permissions to run the query against the database. You must also have Microsoft Excel installed. You can run this spreadsheet on any computer that has the MOM reporting component installed. | ||
