Thanks to our buddy Chris over at Lockergnome on this one. This is some excellent weekend reading, and I agree 100% of it. "This was published to expose a silent perspective -- one which most Internet users cannot see outright. These are not definitive policies, merely concepts to which most "freebie" providers adhere.
