Gamers would gift Xbox 360 over PS3, Wii | |

In the latest poll conducted by Punch Jump Brew, voters said that they would gift Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox 360 over Sony Corp.'s Playstation 3 and Nintendo Co.'s Wii this holiday season. According to poll results, 49% of voters picked Xbox 360 as a hot holiday item to gift compared to 44% for Wii and 7% for the PS3. The Xbox 360 was released in Nov. 2005 and has sold more than 6 million units worldwide. Microsoft this year released the multi-million dollar Xbox 360 title Gears of War to solid reviews and retail sales. In addition, it began offering digital distribution of hit TV shows and movies via Xbox Live Marketplace. | ||
