Send a Smile is a feedback tool that enables 2007 Microsoft Office system Beta participants to easily send Microsoft positive and negative comments about the Beta on an ad hoc basis. In addition to enabling you to provide free-form text feedback, Send a Smile also takes a capture of your screen (a picture is worth thousand words) and lets you preview the screenshot and decide if you want the screenshot to be included along with the text comment. | ||
