Xbox 360 Is Fastest-Selling Australian Console | |

Microsoft's new Xbox 360 has become the fastest-selling console ever in Australia, with over 30,000 consoles sold in the four days since it debuted on March 23rd. According to analyst GfK, over 10,000 of those consoles were sold at the midnight launch on the 23rd, and the additional 20,000 were sold in the three days afterward. This beats the Playstation Portable's record of 27,000 units in four days. It's also possible that all pre-orders for the Xbox 360 have yet to be filled, and this figure could increase as Xbox shipments increase in the coming months. | ||
