Version 1.02-196 of the NVIDIA PureVideo Decoder includes the following changes and fixes since version 1.02-185:

New Feature

PureVideo Decoder now supports High Definition (HD) inverse telecine on compatible GPUs. Visit http://www.nvidia.com/page/purevideo.html for a list of supported GPUs.

Windows Media Player and Media Center Edition

  • Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005: Fised a problem with video content contracting and expanding slightly while running 1080i .ts file using Windows Media Player 10 in overlay mode.
  • Windows Media Center Edition: Fixed a problem with the NVIDIA PureVideo properties window popping up multiple times.

Decoder OEMs

  • Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 Update Rollup 2: Fixed a transport stream playback bug.
  • Fixed a problem with playback of some multi-program TS files.
  • Improved CPU usage in host VLD decode.
