Intel wasn't the only vendor to appear on stage with Steve Jobs at MacWorld this week. Microsoft was there, too. After announcing late last year that it would no longer support IE on the Mac, they must have felt it good business to have a product manager address the 2,000 plus audience at the keynote to reassure them that Microsoft just signed an "official" agreement, as opposed to an unofficial agreement, that Redmond will continue to support and upgrade Microsoft Office on the Mac for a minimum of five years. Definitely the low point of Jobs' presentation. | ||
