  Creative PlayCenter 2.2 for Nomad JukeBox Available

Thanks to Vincent for this one. Creative has recently released a new version 2.2 of its Play Center software, an alternative to the Windows Media Player and WinAmp for Sound Blaster Live users or the lucky owners of the Nomad Jukebox device. This new release features the following enhancements & bug fixes:

  • Backup and Restore Play Lists from and to the NOMAD Jukebox.
  • Upload and download non-audio files to NOMAD Jukebox. (Requires NOMAD Jukebox firmware version 2.86 or higher)
  • Fast Forward/Reverse Support in Creative PlayCenter 2 (version 2.20) for NOMAD Jukebox.
  • Improved playback of enhanced audio CDs
  • Increased compatibility with Microsoft Intellimouse and Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro
  • Enhanced CDDB connection detection
