Adaptec has recently released a free utility named USBControl™. It's a new software from Adaptec that helps you easily manage your USB peripherals. Its friendly interface allows you to easily find information on device performance and status, and get detailed device information and troubleshooting help. Its space-efficient design allows you to quickly see which devices are connected and where, find out if they're working properly, and even provides "Virtual LEDs" so that you can tell when data is being sent to or from a device. No more ducking under your desk to look at your hard disk or CD-R's LED, or to trace where a cable is connected...just use USBControl instead! Attention: this software works only with Adaptec USB2 adapters. | ||
