Sampo America, a leading provider of advanced display technologies for consumer and business applications, today announced it has been awarded an Innovation 2002 award sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association and endorsed by the Industrial Designers Society of America. The prestigious Innovation's award recognizes the best designed and engineered products being showcased next month at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The Sampo DVE-631CF DVD player was nominated as one of the best products in the video category. ``The receipt of this award validates the dedicated efforts of Sampo to bring innovative new products to the consumer market,'' explained James Chen, president of Sampo Corp. of America. | ||
