As expected, it is confirmed that Microsoft has released Windows Vista Beta 1 and Longhorn Server Beta 1 today. The build number of Beta 1 is 5112. Also reported are new names for Avalon and Indigo, two of the major technologies in Vista. Updated: Rumor already of post-Beta 1 builds afloat, as high as 5280. | ||
