Yukon's Broad Beta Slated for Second Half of 2002 | |

The next version of SQL Server, code-named "Yukon," will enter widespread beta testing in the second half of 2002, and ship sometime in 2003, according to a senior Microsoft official. The timetable provided by Gordon Mangione, vice president for SQL Server, differs slightly from published reports over the last couple of weeks that put the beta testing phase of the database server in the first half of 2002. | ||
