  Microsoft testing version of Windows for older PCs

Microsoft on Thursday confirmed it is developing a new Windows-based operating system aimed at companies that want to better secure their older machines. Code-named Eiger, the product is "in the very early stages of product development and testing," a Microsoft representative said.
