If you have an x64 processor (the AMD Athlon 64, AMD Opteron, Intel Pentium 4 with EM64T, or Intel Xeon with EM64T) and a licensed copy of Windows XP Professional or Windows Server 2003 (32-bit), think about taking advantage of the x64 Edition Technology Advancement Program and exchange your 32-bit OS license for the equivalent x64 OS license.
