We have recieved word that Windows XP and Windows Server X64 have gone gold and been released to manufacturing. The new 64-bit versions of Windows: Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 Edition, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise x64 Edition, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Datacenter x64 Edition, and Windows XP Professional x64 Edition all went RTM at the same time. An annoucement about a release date is due at WinHEC 2005, but it will be out later this month. | ||
