More than two-fifths of PC users fell victim to a computer virus during the last 12 months, a Microsoft survey reveals. Almost a quarter of PC users suffered an attack from other internet security threats such as spyware, phishing and online banking fraud. Yet, the majority of those surveyed by Microsoft (1,500 PC users) rank their PC as a life essential, more important than their handbag, wallet, car, mobile phone or diary. | ||
